Thank you for your interest in becoming a Rotarian.  Rotary International  is an association of individual clubs, with each club operating autonomously. Membership is extremely important to us, and we are always eager to hear from individuals interested in our mission and in joining a Rotary club.

 

Membership in a Rotary club requires available business or professional classification opportunities as well as an invitation and sponsorship by a member of the club. 

 

What is Rotary?

Rotary is an organization of business and professional persons united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the world!  Rotarians are business and professional leaders who take an active role in their communities while greatly enriching their personal and professional lives. A Rotary club contains a diverse group of professional leaders from the community that the club serves.

 

The Object of Rotary:

The object of Rotary is to encourage good will and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise in both the local as well as international communities.

 

Qualifications for Membership:

1.)  One's character and reputation be above reproach;

2.)  That person be able to attend weekly meetings and handle the financial obligations of  

      membership;

3.)  That person is in good standing in their occupation and in his or her community.

 

Membership Procedure:

Membership in the Rotary Club of Mullica Hill is by invitation only and a prospective member must be sponsored by one or more existing members.

 

Financial and attendance Responsibilities:

Fees required at time of membership:

     1.  Initial one time fee:              $25.00

     2.  Annual membership fee:  $131.00 (can be paid semiannually @ $65.50)

     3.  Quarterly Club fee:              $91.00

                 Total:                            $247.00

Annual cost of membership for first year:  $520.00
