(click an image to enlarge and start a slide show)
Mitchell and Bradley pose on the newly painted tram. Their dad, Scott, is the master navigator driving the car that pulls the tram. We are so proud of our new decals. Thanks to Bud for getting them affixed to our tram. Now everyone is sure to know who we are! This is Helene, moonlighting as our hand model, to show off the reusable bags that were being distributed to those along the parade route. Helene Lynch (president) and Fred Davis (Rotarian) pose at the beginning of the parade route. Fred is a member of both Woodbury and Mullica Hill Rotaries.
Lisa Nole, Jake and Kathy Tully patiently await the beginning of the parade. Kathy (center) is president-elect for the 2010-11 rotary year. Jake and Swoop mug for the camera. We were followed by the Kensington String Band serenading us the whole route! The costumes for the band were beautiful, colorful and HOT! They really got a workout in the heat. Fred Davis dancing to the band. He was on Gloucester County Dancing With the Stars. This was more funky than ballroom!
Kathy and Fred grooving to the music. Fred and his wife Pat pose along the route. Lisa handing out Rotary bags to the crowd. Helene letting a parade viewer examine our wares. Tommy Pickles (center, wearing the bag) and his humans hitched a ride on the tram along the parade route.
