The local Mullica Hill Rotary has teamed up with other Rotarians from the area, government agencies and varies volunteer organizations to help in the recovery and clean-up efforts in the aftermath of the Mullica Hill tornado.  This effort has been challenging and overwhelming at times.  The Rotary is happy to report that all the generous monies collected, gift cards and other donated items have been all distributed to all the impacted families.  Mullica Hill Rotary would like to thank all those that donated their time, money and well wishes for all those that were impacted in our community and those communities around us.  It has been an amazing experience for all to see the communities come together to help each other.  It should also be mentioned that there were individual volunteers and other organizations that contributed to the effort as far as Maryland, Lancaster, Upstate New York and communities in between.  The town has coined the term "Harrison Strong".  It has been a remarkable experience.  As we start the new year, our prayers still go out to those families that are still recovering from this tornado.
