Mullica Hill Rotary hosted an event with their partners from Rowan University on January 20 at Mullica Gardens in Mullica Hill. The students shared the importance of MLK and the significance it has in our country. In addition, the Rowan students and Rotarians spent the rest of the morning with the residents, playing games, coloring and simply spending time with the seniors. It was a very satisfying event that all involved enjoyed. The importance was that the residents really enjoyed the opportunity to share stories and spend time with other. The visit and time spent was a valuable experience and one that we are looking to do annually.
